Where do you ship and what are the costs?
We ship WORLDWIDE!
Free shipping on orders over £50
Orders under that amount will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
Rest of the world
You will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
You might be charged customs and taxes upon arrival. You will be liable for any import duties, customs and taxes. These vary per country but are usually very rare with our orders. All custom fees are the receiver of the orders responsibility. Please be aware that Sunny Side Clothing does not have any control over any duties, taxes or customs levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These are randomly selected and we cannot predict these nor can we predict the cost.
How long does shipping takes?
We send out all orders received by Wednesdays on the next day (Thursday). As this is a one person business, Jessika will go to the post office once a week (Thursday) to send out all the orders.
Once these are send out, it usually takes between the below timeframe to receive the order. Europe, North America and International orders are usually are the lower end of the range but sometimes depending on the season (for example Christmas where it is super busy) it can take longer due to customs.

I missed my delivery and it will be returned to you. What should I do?If you missed delivery and didn't pick up the package within the designated delivery pickup time or input an incorrect address, the shirts will be returned to us.
If you would still like to receive your order please contact us at email@example.com . We will issue a replacement order for you if the tracking shows the order is on it's way back to us. Charges may apply.
If you don't want a replacement, we will notify you once we have received the item back and issue a refund for the products only. We can't refund shipping.
Where is my order?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame below, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible so we can help you out. Unreceived orders must be reported to us within 45 days after the shipping date. Unfortunately we are unable to replace missing orders if not reported within this time frame.

Will I be able to track my order?
All orders come with a tracked delivery.
Wrong item received
Please contact us via email (email@example.com) as soon as possible so we can get the right item to you.
I want to cancel my order
Customers need to email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing their order to cancel. If later than that we might not be able to do it but it is still worth giving us a shout to see what we can do.
